  1. Yes, CVICU also told me they no longer interviewing. I got interviewed by MICU last Thursday and still waiting on the result.
  2. Anyone heard back from CV ICU?
  3. Those are really really good advices. Thank you so much for responding! Good luck!!
  4. Good morning all, I am a new grad and my end goal is to become a CRNA in the future, so I'm trying to choose my path accordingly. My question is, is the acuity level at the hospital where you get your ICU experience very important? I got a ICU job offer at Baylor Grapevine, though very happy, I'm not sure if it is a high acuity ICU. I also got scheduled for MICU interview at Parkland next week. Will Parkland a better choice to get experience from? Thank y'all!! Wish everyone good luck!
  5. Wow that's surprisingly late ?. Thank you so much for the info, if I didn't know, I would have cry everyday thinking they didn't choose me LOL.
  6. Have anyone heard back from Parkland?
  7. Thank you, I feel much better now. Have anyone heard back or get an interview schedule yet?
  8. Hi guys, I decided to submit my application in 1-2 days. Will it be too late?
  9. I'm a nursing new grad and is actively interviewing different hospitals for ICU RN. My end goal is to become a CRNA in the future so I try to plan and make every decision accordingly to that goal. I recently have been accepted in ICU at a magnet recognition, level II trauma center and, at the same time, been offered an interview with reputable, level I trauma, researching, teaching hospital. I really want to just accept the offer and move on, but do not want to miss the opportunity to leave an impression in my resume to CRNA schools in the future. My question is, "will CRNA school look closely at where you work as an ICU RN? Does it matter if it's a level I or II, reputable or not? Will it benefit your resume more if you work at a bigger hospital?” Thank you so much
  10. Thank you. I think you're right. I just feel so nervous LOL
  11. I'm still waiting for all grades to be finalized and will apply in this week. Good luck to everyone!!
