  1. Congrats!! ? curious to know what your experience is if you don't mind sharing? Trying to decide if I should start applying out of state for new grad residencies
  2. I am happy it got your foot in the door though!! Good luck on the interview. ? Do you know if having clinicals at other Providences, not the ones we applied to, helps? Or they are specifically looking for graduates who had clinicals at that exact location
  3. Do they review applications all together or is it based on the units applied to? Would everyone who is moving forward see that their application is "under review" now or it is unit based?
  4. Hi all, I am starting to work on my A-BSN applications. I am torn who to choose for my letters of recommendations. I would like to have all 3 from my employer because my charge nurse, FA, and nurse practitioner know me best (I work in dialysis). However, I read that nursing schools like to see at least one letter of recommendation from a professor in the sciences. Is this true? Does anyone have advice on who to choose?
  5. hi, did you receive acceptance?? Would love to know what experience and grades people who are admitted typically have. Thanks! would love to connect ?
  6. Hi everyone! I'm applying this fall for next year's cohort. Anyone have advice on what it takes to get admitted? My undergrad GPA is 3.4 from CPSLO 2020, and I have been working as a patient care tech in dialysis this past year. I'm waiting to get into a volunteer program for more experience as I finish up my prereqs at ELAC. I'm so nervous about admission, it's so hard to get into programs in CA! I would like a realistic expectation of whether I have a chance of being accepted or not. Congrats to everyone! Pursuing nursing is tough! Would love to connect. Xx
