Hello! I'm prior service and have done MEPS twice in Miami. Not sure where you are located but I'm assuming it will be similar. Go in very humble, yes ma'am or no sir. They are big on manners! When filling out document do not go ahead. Follow directions exactly as they tell you for everything. Cotton under garments, especially for females. You will duck walk in your under garments infront of people at MEPS so wear undies that are comfy. Make sure to have all your documents! Some people that work at MEPS are prior service and expect as an incoming officer in the military for you to have everything in order and they will tell you that to your face. Weight wise, I recommend running 3-4 days to get use to PT. Orange theory is awesome to build cardiovascular endurance and lose weight
