  1. I appreciate your input! I either hear really negative things or great things about NYU so I am still unsure. I understand your point. I will get the same degree and I know if I am committed enough I will get to the same place. I am terrified of debt LOL but if I end up getting into a CRNA school and passing I should be fine financially. Pace is definitely the more logical choice.
  2. Hello guys, I have been committed to pace since march. However, I have recently gotten an acceptance at nyu's accelerated program. I am really struggling making the right decision. I was so set on pace, it was my top pick since its relatively affordable and faster. But, 80% of my friends and family are pushing me to NYU now. My end goal is to be an ICU nurse and then become a CRNA. Everyone is telling me if I will be a CRNA eventually cost won't matter and that nyu will help me more than pace in the long run. However, nyu is DOUBLE the entire cost of my attendance at pace.. (116k total before fees). I do not know if that amount is worth the prestige and support NYU has. Pace will get me the same exact degree in shorter time. I know if I work hard I can accomplish the same things. Honestly, if finance was not a program I would choose NYU; it has been my dream school since I was younger. So overall logically, pace is the better pick, but emotionally I would like to be in NYU. What would you do? I appreciate any input!
  3. Hello guys, I just recently got my acceptance for the ABSN program in the fall. However, I have already committed to PACE’s ABSN program. I am really struggling making the right decision. I have conferred with friends and family and they are split it in half as well. My end goal is to be a CRNA. I feel like NYU would prepare me for that much better than PACE. However, NYU is double the entire cost of my attendance at PACE. I do not know if that amount is worth the prestige and support NYU has. What would you do? I appreciate any input!
  4. Hey all! I just created a facebook group page. https://www.facebook.com/groups/712746626764315/?ref=share Can’t wait to meet everyone!
  5. @flk21 Thank you! Wishing you all the best as well
  6. I just got my acceptance letter!! Thanks for the heads up!
  7. I just checked today and there is a new section with a university ID, username, and email. Did this happen to anyone else? I did not get an email with an update so I am not sure if this means anything...
  8. LOL I feel you. I am at work checking every hour. Hopefully we hear back today!
  9. Hello! Just wondering if anyone applying for the Fall of 2022 has heard back yet since the decision deadline is approaching.
  10. I hope so!! I don't see a username yet but I still only have a blue box under my number id. Congratulations btw!!
  11. Thank you! Also that happened to me earlier. Their document center is hard to navigate. I also received an email saying that they did not receive my transcript after the deadline so I really assumed I would not get accepted. You should be good if you emailed them and have proof.
  12. Hi, yes I provided two. If you scroll to the bottom of this page https://www.pace.edu/college-health-professions/departments/nursing/programs/admission-requirements-intructions/nursing-accelerated-bs you see a link to the required documents. Two LOR are required according to it
  13. Got an acceptance, but for the traditional course only and not accelerated because I received a B in Chemistry and Bio. I knew they required a B+ when I applied, but hoped they would see my A in organic Chemistry and B+s in my higher level Bio courses and waive it (funny I know). So I sent an email asking that if I retook this course I could possibly get into the accelerated program. However, I still am waiting to hear back from other accelerated programs so hopefully I won't have to do this. At least I have some form of back up!
  14. Hello! I applied right on the deadline.. The white box that states my application is completed and under review disappeared today so I am freaking out! They also emailed me for my most recent semester grades. I don't know if it is a good or bad thing
