Hello to those who were in the August 2021 cohort, I'll be joining the new grad program for cedars on October 2021! Now that you guys have started this program, are there any tips you want to give to the incoming cohort? Is there something you wish you have prepared earlier for? What do you find difficult for you so far? What do you love/hate about it so far? Thank you in advance!! ?

I dunno ? I swear he said they were going to hire forty something hires or more, that's why maybe I think he's not done emailing around when I saw 36 invitees. Or, perhaps you may not have gotten the position initially, but there's a chance you may still get it if the references for the initial selected candidates did not follow through OR they may drop out before the onboarding process.

Aramik just sent out an email invitation for a video meeting tomorrow Wednesday to those who got accepted! I see 36 invitees from my email so far, I thought they were going to hire 40 something.

Has Amarik given you an update!? I didn't apply for OR, but I'm curious because its been 3 hours since your last post I'm anxious FOR YOU ? ? ? Maybe they are taking a while since they have to catch up on Labor Day's work. I have been picking up unknown/random phone numbers hoping that it was Cedars, but nothing so far. Last time they called for for a last minute interview, it was from UNKNOWN. So maybe pick up if its UNKNOWN caller just in case?

True, it is a good sign EEEEEE !! ? !! So far they only asked for a minimum of 5 references. 2 must be supervisors/managers. no friends or family. they said "after completing the supervisors/managers, add peers, direct reports, or clients. Business references are preferred"

I just got a reference email, but no offer.

I interviewed for 5SE & 5SW at 9am! l am a little sad I got a last minute invite to do an interview, but I am grateful I got one. I do not know how it went for me, I was so nervous I probably word vomit. I think we are only given only 30 minutes to interview and had 10 questions asked. HR said earliest response for my unit would be today and the latest would be next Tuesday!
