CSU Long Beach Fall 2022
Current first sem student here, just want to say congrats to those who got accepted and hoping for the best to alternates, you guys should get emails around second week of May after finals week, they usually save seats for current nursing students that fail and would need to retake the class next sem. Please spend as much time with your loved ones now til Fall, nursing school is what you will be doing 24/7, it depends for every individual but you get the point im pretty sure, best wishes future nurses. AND don't be afraid to overstudy for your first nursing exam, please study as much as you can. Also for alternates, don't lose hope, see you guys around in the Fall!

CSULB Spring 2022
Hello, LOL sorry, even though I created the forum you guys are carrying it. I know some people who got into Spring 2021 with a 9.31 and 9.34, one of them got a C in Chemistry, got waitlisted, but got accepted later on. I believe us pre-nursing students will receive an update email around this week or next week! It's been more than 2 weeks since the comms exercise. Spring 2022 is weird, oddly weird, I don't know how to explain it, but weird weird, someone got in with a 9.24? Someone with a 9.41 got rejected? Regardless, I'm rooting that everyone who is waiting will get accepted, very optimistic for us all. Personally, I have a 9.45, I think 9.3+ is still the range for waitlist/borderline for acceptances, but again, anything can happen this semester. Again, thanks y'all for carrying the forum, keep the updates coming!

Depends, I got a reply within a week! But that was before the semester started, Im not sure how long now. Even though your first gen chem class only gets accepted, you are still competitive enough, as long as you have an overall score of 9.4+, you should be fine!! 9.3-9.39 is like the range of waitlist applicants.

I emailed the school of nursing regarding that matter and they confirmed that they only review the latest submission of your application. In your case, its a bit risky but I would send your current TEAS score now then re-submit. I heard the university receives the test results within a few hours but I wouldn't risk it, so just send the results and re-submit when you retake it. Hopefully it all works out!- CSULB Spring 2022
They don't want you sending transcripts YET, they only want the TEAS test results to be submitted along with the nursing application. Make sure to choose CSULB or CSULB-TEAS when sending the TEAS results online. Worry about the transcripts when they email you about the communication exercise/when you get admitted. Good luck!- CSULB Spring 2022

Hello, this question is for Spring 2022 but does anyone know if the CSULB SON accepts the latest submission of the Spring application? I already applied but am planning to apply again in a few days for a higher TEAS score. I already emailed the SON, waiting for a response, hoping anyone here could help me. TIA- CSULB Spring 2022
Hello, I took it online. Yes, I got the scores as soon as the test ended. My tip is to take the exam again the second time and look over the topics to review, they are basically the missed questions. There is a high chance for you to get a similar exam, which means a higher score the second time around. Good luck on the exam! I am applying with a 9.45 score to the program, hopefully it is enough!!- CSULB Spring 2022

Hello everyone! I couldn't find a forum for this year's pre-nursing students that are applying to CSULB so I made one myself! Anyway, I know I'm not the only one who wants to compare scores or see if their scores are competitive, so here it is... I'll start it off... GPA (SCIENCE) : 3.7 = 3.7 pts GPA (GE) : 4.0 = 2 pts TEAS OVERALL : 87% = 1.74 TEAS READING : 86% = 1.72 TOTAL POINTS = 9.16 pts Im planning to retake the TEAS for the THIRD TIME and try to get 90%+ on both, and yes, Chemistry messed me up, ifykyk. Sorry if my english/grammar is trash, its my lowest score on the TEAS ^_^ DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED.. DO NOT LOSE HOPE!! WE ALL GOT THIS ❤️ - CSULB Spring 2022
