jaytayBSN - no math is not included in the science GPA - I would suggest attending an informational session - they had one a month ago maybe they'll have another once again before application closes. The personal statement is comprised of the questions that you have to answer. There are 4 questions and all have to be up to 250 words I believe it was. There isn't a separate personal statement to submit. I used one professor, 1 director and 1 charge nurse. No GRE is required.
