Despite receiving an email that I am on the waitlist my Application Status on my Student Service Centre stills sats "your application is currently being reviewed". Is this the same for others who have been notified they are on the waitlist?

I am AL-16 on the waitlist. Has anyone been offered a spot yet from the waitlist? If so, what spot were you? Anyone who was accepted that declined their offer? Curious as to when I could expect to hear whether a spot has become available. Thank you so so much!

Congratulations to everyone that was accepted to UBC today (or earlier) for Fall 2021! I just received a notice that I am number AL-16 on the wait list. Does anyone have any idea what the chances of getting in from this place in line is?
