  1. Hi everyone, Happy Sunday. I was offered admission yesterday, Saturday 8/14, around noon via email. I was number 17 on the waitlist originally. Can't wait to get started and meet everyone!
  2. Irene! Where, might I ask, did you get the number 16 from? My waitlist number at UW was very, very close to that, so you've got me on the edge of my seat...
  3. Hello there. I am also waitlisted. I heard from my advisor that it's "not highly likely" they will be making further offers, as people offered admission have largely decided to enroll. Sigh. Onward... Edit: "movement from the waitlist is not highly likely," to be precise. Not totally sure whether this caveat was meant for me or for everyone on the list, and still a bit confused about the fact that the waitlist is "unranked."
  4. Wowzers, CONGRATULATIONS! And thank you for letting us know! How exciting! How did they reach out, if you don't mind me asking?
  5. aww. keep hope. and let us know, LOL ?
  6. Hey Valerie, Any updates? ?
  7. Hi there, I'm wondering if any waitlisted folks have received updates, received an offer since March, or heard any updates from the school about when waitlist movement might occur. Thanks in advance.
  8. I haven't heard any updates since April either. Waitlisted currently.
  9. What is the source of this quote?
  10. Appreciate the response. I am one or two behind where you were, but found this pretty encouraging. Gah, you said it about Waiting, especially during the pandemic, when it times it feels like there's not much else to do. Brutal.
  11. Hey everyone, I am wondering if anybody can provide information about the Waitlist for your admissions cycle. Specifically, whether anyone knows/remembers how long the waitlist was during your admissions cycle, and about how many people were accepted. If you were accepted from the waitlist, what was your original ranking? Thanks so much in advance. I am currently on the waitlist for fall 2021.
  12. Valerie -- congratulations! You are 5 spots higher than I am. I think you have a good change if the average number of spots they offer is about 10. Did you receive any other waitlist offers or acceptances? I am on the list for UW and SU. Looks like more of the waiting game for us.
  13. Hey all, congrats to everyone who was accepted. I was waitlisted with a not very great ranking--pretty bummed. Anyone know how many people typically make it off the waitlist -- and when folks typically find out?
  14. Hey all! Anyone know where to send 2021 Winter quarter grades such that the information will be attached to our application/ calculated into our prerequisite GPA (assuming the course is a prerequisite)? Assuming I should send an unofficial transcript to the School of Nursing via email, as well as an official transcript to UW. But if anyone knows specifically where to send these, please let me know. Thanks for reading! And best of luck everyone! We are in the final stretch of this terrible waiting period, and we will all be better and more patient humans and nurses as a result of it. May we all get the answer we are hoping for... from UW or at least from somewhere else great!
