  1. That’s awesome. We interviewed at Ashland on April 1st & 2nd… we have not heard yet!
  2. Congratulations! When we’re your interview dates?
  3. ??????For both of us!!!
  4. I completely agree with your view on standardized tests. I only applied RCC this year because I’m local. My TEAS score was not where I would’ve hoped it would be. I’m a great student, I can pick up the material, study well for tests, etc. However, just a broad-based exam overwhelms me and I don’t do as well as I would like. I keep going back-and-forth between UCC and OHSU on my preferred pick. Obviously there’s a financial aspect. At this point I just wanna get in anywhere ??
  5. OK, so OHSU Ashland will also be the first school I receive any definitive information from! I also applied to UCC (just did essays), RCC, Columbia basin, Linfield, and Belmont in Nashville. Columbia basin, Linfield, and Belmont don’t do a phase 2 they’ll just let you know during the scheduled time. RCC is the only one with a phase 2 that I know nothing about yet. You??
  6. Going crazy waiting!!!
  7. Friday after interviews. Last year it was the 9th
  8. Anyone else logging into their OHSU account to see if their status has changed? Checking the Financial aid self service to see if Unsatisfied Requirements have been met?? ??
  9. I felt good about the interview, however I felt awesome last year & was an alternate. My guess is Friday April 8th we’ll receive the decision! Good luck to you both!
  10. Yes, I’ve been through the process, once, last year and was waitlisted at both OHSU Ashland, & RCC. My best advise is to go to the Mock interview. It was very helpful. Make yourself stand out. Update any responses with newer information & stories that relate to yourself. Think outside the box when it comes to diversity questions if you’re not “traditionally diverse”. Good luck to you both!! I’m not sure if we’re the only 3 for the Ashland campus on this site, but it’s all I’ve seen.
  11. Also, no proctored essay this year!! Everything is different! Invite was addressed to me instead of “applicant”, like last year!! I had to go back to last years invite to see the differences ??! Good luck to you too!!
  12. So exciting they’re going to let us see the questions ahead of time this year!! They didn’t do that last year!
  13. I received mine too! Congratulations ?
  14. I understand, I’m not positive. However, since we haven’t heard yet, at this point I’m hoping that’s the case ??.
  15. If it’s like someone mentioned about the Monmouth campus, they’re gonna have the mock interview and then send out invites. I do not know with 100% certainty, that’s just what the word is.
  16. How do you know that? Just curious. I’m in the same boat at Sara. Interview invite first and then mock interview invite last year when I was waitlisted.
  17. Congratulations! I also received an email from UCC on 3/18 Inviting me to their proctored essay (afternoon session), OHSU mock interview invite arrived the same day. RCC & Linfield will come around May. I’m 11th on the waitlist at Belmont in Nashville for the accelerated program. Good luck to everyone ❤️❤️
  18. Thank you! I should have clarified, “besides” the Portland campus! ?Portland campus completes essays, I believe, instead of interviews. I have thought about applying to the accelerated BSN and might next year (if I have too ?). I’m only 22 and graduated with my bachelors in three years. Honestly, had I educated myself better on the financial aid process after a degree, I may have chosen to lessen my load 3rd year. They’ll still use my parents income (even though I got married in February), and I don’t qualify for the loans I did before now that I have a degree. Kind of a catch 22, I guess. Good luck to you too, and keep me posted on your success ??
  19. Good to know! I was waitlisted last year. It was about the same amount of interviewees that you’re going to have on the 4th and 5th. Due to the fact that Ashland and Monmouth have two dates for interviews and the rest only have one, I’m assuming were the biggest campuses with the most competition. Good luck to you!! Since I was waitlisted last year I have received my bachelors degree and CNA 2 with hospital experience, so I sure hope that helps!! Before I only had CNA 1 experience. ?????? for both of us!
  20. Do you mind me asking how many people were in the mock interview, or if they mentioned how many people were interviewing at that campus?
  21. Oh wow! Mock interview is March 28 and interviews are April 1 & 2nd for the Ashland campus. That would definitely be a quick turnaround.
  22. Yes! I did receive an invite for the mock interview about an hour ago, so I’m assuming that’s good news ?
  23. Good luck!! I believe OHSU started sending invites today. They have 5 campuses (as you know), not sure if they notify all campuses the same day or not.
  24. Just received invite to the mock interview for Ashland campus. ??
  25. Waiting patiently for Ashland campus. You?
