  1. Anyone else get a rejection email initially, and then get a call from the APD a few weeks later? I wasn't available to answer at the time, but I received a part-time offer (Full Time Spring 2026 acceptance) via email afterwards. So, to all of those who received a "rejection,” it doesn't necessarily mean your journey is over—Keep pushing forward!
  2. Hey JackieofAllTrades! I saw you on the Pitt page as well. May I ask why you gave up your seat at Pitt for VCU? Just curious—No harm intended. I was not offered a spot at Pitt, but was offered admission at VCU, which I happily accepted, of course!
  3. Definitely—It's my first acceptance out of 4 applications this year. It's also my top choice, so I'll be declining further interviews and offers for admission!
  4. I received an acceptance email for the Alexandria site just about an hour ago!
  5. Does anyone have any recommendations regrading Graduate-level Advanced Pathophysiology and Advanced Pharmacology courses offered online? I have searched this forum quite extensively, and for one reason or another I am unable to find a school that is a good fit. Most require either in-state residence, in-person attendance, "permission" from faculty that is difficult to obtain, or some other random pre-requisite. I would prefer both to be offered by the same college. I realize MTSA's course is super hot right now, but I'd prefer to also take Advanced Pharm from the same institution, which they do not offer. I see University of Phoenix offers both, but I cannot find any actual student recommendations or experiences from those who have already taken these classes there before--So super hesitant. If any prior students, or students going through the same have any recommendations, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks so much!

  7. Can anyone who has taken Advanced Patho or Advanced Pharm through University of Phoenix speak to the course load, expectations, assignments, exams, and overall level of difficulty? Struggling to decide if I should risk taking this condensed course versus a standard course-length at another school while also being an Active Duty RN. Thanks everyone!
  8. Can we take a retention bonus being non-prior at our first assignment? I know that itd be more to take the retention each year than to take the one time accession offered if I’m looking at it right because I don’t think those can be taken together. I didn’t see anything about taking retention straight away on the document shared above. Any priors know? Thanks for the clarification!
  9. I found out I was selected mid-November. Got my location and OTS date mid- last week. No word on accessions yet. My recruiter said those are released for the fiscal year starting in January and that I would be offered it at that time should there be one. I do have a question regarding OTS dates. If you look on the website, there are classes with corresponding dates. I was told mine starts April 6th, however none of the listed classes start on that day. The nearest is end of March. Any idea what is going on there? Were they pushed back a few days or so?
  10. Still nothing from my recruiter as of today. I’ve been fingerprinted and security checked as of Monday. No assignment and no COT date yet. Fingers crossed it happens soon! He did at least tell me that none of his recruits were selected for January though so that’s a relief! ?
  11. My recruiter also mentioned January 5th as a possibility, but told me it would be 2 more weeks until he would know for sure. Much quicker than I was anticipating as well. Does anyone want to create a facebook group so we can keep each other updated/etc prior to and after OTS?
