  1. Just got a call for an interview at Chula Vista ED anyone else hear from them? I sadly couldn't do a December date so they'll call me back with January dates so fingers crossed.
  2. How many openings are there? I missed the webinar. Does anyone have the slides for it? thank you!
  3. Oops sorry I misread this. I asked this during the zoom meeting and they told me you would know if you got it in September sometime.
  4. According to the email I got last week they said they'd reach out for interviews in 3-4 weeks. So I think we will prob hear something 2nd or 3rd week of august.
  5. I got an email saying I made it past HR and if we are selected we will hear from them in the next 3-4 weeks for an interview.
  6. When was the deadline for this again? I was trying to guesstimate when we would get interviews. ?
  7. Mine says referred too! Good luck everyone!
  8. I got my license transferred in a month! If you do everything properly it goes quickly. I went a university in NV and 2/3 of our cohort was going back to California and pretty much everyone I know got their license in 3-6 weeks. If you mess up on one part of it you can email and they'll bump it up too.
  9. Thanks for making one! Good luck to everyone. I applied for ED and Cardiac Tele at grossmont.
  10. This is my first time applying to residencies so I'm not sure what to expect or how competitive each hospital is. I know I've heard ucsd is the most competitive. I applied to scripps er, ucsd and sharp. Hopefully I can get one. Wishing everyone luck as well.
  11. I didn't work in school either and I just have my preceptorship. I applied to the ED and cardiac tele for sharp.
  12. I did my preceptorship in the ER so I applied to ED, IMU/PCU and Med-surg. There's only 18 openings so my hopes aren't super high but I have my ACLS, PALS, and tncc. Not sure what else I can do to be competitive? Sharps new grad program application opened this week for fall and there's tons of unit hiring, if any one hasn't applied to that one too.
