  1. I received my notification I passed the exam! Good luck to all and happy job hunting.
  2. I am getting the same error code. Never seen that before.
  3. I only recall a question with some simple calculations along the lines of if you have an IV bag with say 1000 mls and 200 mls is infused in 2 hrs how much would be infused after 6 hrs. or something like simple like that that you should be able to just calculate in your head.
  4. I wrote mine on Nov. 9th so I wouldn't know. We should find out by Fri Dec 4th at the latest; possibly one more week of waiting.
  5. Not really. Just pay particularly close attention to what the questions are really asking. You may think one answer is correct, there was a few times after re-reading the question I changed my answer. Good luck.
  6. There was about 10 or so writing at the same time as me. I wrote mine at one of the locations in Mississauga. @Miniem, RN I used study guides 4 and 5 and looked at rationales for answers. None of the questions on my test were off either test guide, but some questions were very similar.
  7. Assuming we are all writing the same exam, I would focus your studies on maternity, diabetes and dementia. The rest of the questions that were not tied to case studies I did not find too challenging, more or less basic nursing theory and common sense questions. If you get a question that asks what type of patient and hypodermiclysis device would be most appropriate for, the answer is palliative.
  8. Yes, and it told me I was not pre-approved to schedule any exams, so I could not pick a future date and payment details, so I hope that is a good sign.
  9. Someone to me that if you passed the test ine way to find out is the Pearsonvue website will only let you pay for a re-write if you failed.
  10. I wasn't sure how true it was. Do you know when are results are in?
  11. Just wrote mine today. It made me answer all 170 does this mean my chances of failing are higher? I heard the test stops you at 165 if it calculated you already passed.
  12. So, I have looked over Prep Guides 3 thru 5 ... people were saying that the questions were similar to the ones in prep guide 5?
  13. Could you PM me ... allnurses won't let me PM anyone.
  14. Okay, where can I access the prep guides from?
  15. Hi all ... I am going to be writing my test during the November exam window. Hw should I go about studying. I was also wondering if purchasing the predictor test was worth it or is it a waist of money. Thanks
