A student there saw that the business permit he is using is not USALINK but a different company... Also if he is indeed a US citizen how can he conduct business in Manila? Then maybe he is a filipino citizen... then again he is cheating and fooling people... Also if he does not issue receipt he is still violating the Taxes... I think he thinks Filipinos are easier to be fooled well he must think again with his Karma...

I wonder where we can complain this guy? I don't know if he is still a US citizen... I also heard a school complained about him already... But worst of it there are still some other schools being fooled by him... I feel sorry for the other schools that are being victimized by him...

Sad to say Pacific Education center is a HOAX... It has case filed I think in the States... Wherein the company allegedly got money from the students promising it as a stock or share for a company then becomes a education center which is not legitimate... USA link is not even registered as a legal business in manila and does not pay tax... Sadly many schools have also been duped by this... Thanks for your quick reply Ms. Suzanne4.... I also discovered that he has been conducting seminars, reviews and training to the nursing schools in here in our country... I will report it to authorities since he is cheating a lot of people already... Mostly students... He also promises students that they will quickly pass Nclex because he has a set of Guides or questionaires from NCLEx. and that he has hiring company for california... very bad....

If the status written is revoked that means he can never practice nursing again? But is he still valid as a lecturer? Because a friend of mine in California also informed me he has a education center in California and still conducting reviews and training for nurses... is this legal?

I just hope that this long wait is worth it! Don't want it to be a disappointment... :)

I'm in Philippines... Because we were sweet talked by his "so-called" influence in the california... Like he has affiliates in the American Heart and so forth... But his status in the BRN is active but the disciplinary action indicates "revocation" so I just wnat to make sure also that the training and the lecturer is really a licensed nurse too... I'm not worried about my money anymore, I'm worried he woul try to cheat more people and I don't want that too happen... He didn't even finish our review...

Still no results for the NCLEX of my sister... its been 4weeks! waaaaah! still don't know if she pass or not... Does it really take this long? Coz last time it only took her 3 weeks to know the bad news! Now its been more than 4weeks... Hope its not bad news...:)

I just would like to ask... Cause I enrolled on a review center for NCLEX here in my country, And the lecturer said he is a licensed CA nurse... But when I searched his name now... His status has a revocation... What does that mean? does it mean his license is revoked? Also he told us he is an accredited AHA (american heart Assoc.) member... I don't know what to do anymore and where to ask for help... Because we feel we have been mocked.... I'm worried about taking my NClex exam because I felt my review was all a joke...
