  1. check with the provider who ordered his/her meds. screw your supevisor. I made that mistake and did what the supevisor told me to do. the patient almost went to the er. the supevisor doesnt care. cover your own a$$, call the Dr and document!
  2. any lpns or rns recently leave/transfer to another VA within their state or out of state? is it impossible? I really don't want to stay at one VA forever if I hate it
  3. go to another dept in your VA or another VA in another city. they cant all be like that.
  4. your vested at 5 years. basically it goes about how many years. the more years the better. you can retire at like 55 but youd have to be there for like 25 years to gett full pension. they take the 3 highest salary you made during your career and multilplu by 1 percent I beleive? alot of people use the thrit savings plan as a supplement,its like a 401 k plan. it matches up to a certain amount I think 5%. I know people whove been with VA 10 years and they have over 100k in it already.
  5. Anyone working for army, navy, Air Force as a civilian apply or successful transferring while still on probationary period?
