  2. Has anyone else heard from the ED?
  3. Has anybody received an offer from the ED?
  4. I bet we will this week! Best of luck to you!
  5. I don’t I never asked:/ but I bet they have quite a few
  6. I got one in the ED and I’m not an internal candidate.
  7. From what I understand it’s a stipend. That means that there is no shift dif even if you work nights or weekend.
  8. Yeah I’m fortunate to have a husband that can support us but that’s not an option for a lot of people. Rent in the dfw area is about half of what you would get monthly if not more. Definitely not ideal and it would be incredibly difficult to live off of. It really is crazy.
  9. It definitely is. They loose a lot of good candidates based off of that. Not everyone can live off of that.
  10. Yes it’s $1,000 per paycheck (biweekly) until you are finished with the internship. Typically anywhere from 14-18 weeks depending on what specialty you’re in. It is really low compared to everywhere else. Then it’s about $27-28/hr once the internship is over.
  11. Do you mind telling me which unit you were hired for? If not I understand! Congrats on your job! ?
  12. Was wondering if anyone has heard back from medical city childrens? I haven’t heard anything since applying but it shows the application as open still
