  1. Hi most of my class worked full time & I would say it's very doable to work fulltime & be successful in the program. If you schedule time to dedicate to studying you'll be fine. You take multiple classes at one. The course sequence is on the website. First year you take 3 classes at once per trimester. The second year you take 2 at a time per trimester.
  2. @emxoxo5001 No prob! So it's kinda tricky to say because I'm unsure if the weekday & weekend programs do clinical at the same hospitals. Additionally, COVID has def changed things as a couple of clinicals were canceled this semester. So last semester we were at Valley & Phelps. This semester we were at Nyack, & a specialty children's hospital in Westchester. Some students were supposed to go to another hospital this semester (can't remember which one) but it got canceled due to COVID. So really it varies each semester based on the classes you're in & whether or not the hospital(s) are allowing students in. Overall I would say things are okay. Some professors are very helpful and help you if needed while others...not so much. Also, communication & organization seem to be a constant issue. You really have to be proactive with reaching out to professors if things are unclear.
  3. Hey guys I'm currently in the Weekend ABSN program. I can answer some questions if you have any!
  4. @plags09 I contacted the coordinator for the Weekend program, but I believe the Weekday program has a different coordinator. Also, I don’t know if everything has switched over to email acceptances or if the ABSN program gets them through the mail. I say this bc the first acceptance in this thread was for the ABSN program & was received through the mail...while the first WABSN on the thread was through email. I guess it’s possible the different programs do things differently? I’m truly guessing here though & have no idea what the true process is.
  5. @plags09 I would definitely reach out just to see if you can get an update. I’m assuming everyone will find out very soon, because when I called early last month I was told they would send out decisions end of Feb-March.
  6. @plags09 Thanks, yesterday afternoon!
  7. Received my acceptance to the Weekend program through email!
  8. @plags09 No specifications, hopefully sooner than later! @AshleyCap Yes, finished my last one late last year. This waiting is tough LOL
  9. Still waiting /: I called the school, and was told we’d find out end of Feb-March.
  10. Hi! Congrats on graduating! Would you mind sharing a bit about your experience with the Concordia program? Would you recommend it? Did you feel prepared for the NCLEX?
  11. I haven't heard anything else either. I figured most of us would find out after the holidays.
  12. Congrats!! Going to check my mailbox twice a day now ?
  13. @Susan7037 Yes mine was accepted! I would reach out to the admin counselor just to be 100% certain that this hasn't changed.
  14. @Fingerscrossed2021 Yes, I received one thanks I'll set that up!
