Hi, I'm a current UCI MEPN student. For those of you who are still waiting on a response, UC Irvine takes a while before sending rejection emails. I believe last year they first sent interview emails, then acceptances, then waitlists, and then rejections. For a general timeframe from last year, I received an email for an interview on Feb 12 and my interview was scheduled on Feb 18. I heard back on Feb 26. People received rejections on March 17 based off the thread for the year I applied in.

Hello, I was on the waitlist and just got an offer this morning for acceptance! Last day for me to accept is this Friday!

Thanks for checking in! I've been trying not to feel too down about it, but I can't help but feel like I failed the people who believed in me and myself haha. ;; Would it be okay to ask where you were waitlisted? Congrats! If you'd be open to contacting each other outside of the thread, that'd be great! Would be nice to have someone to talk to while we both wait for further news!

Feeling depressed...this school was my one chance of getting in this year, but I didn't get an acceptance letter. Congrats to everyone who got accepted in though! I wish you all the best of luck!

Guys...I'm super nervous about the interview. I haven't had any prior experience with interviews before this...Any advice on what I can do to prepare?
