I've been trying for the past 7-8 months to move positions as currently I have my MSN. Looking to switch to a different role on days. I don't understand how I can pick a project and collect data. I'm not there everyday and I work nights. Also, my facility is extremely tiny and niche. It's contains 3 inpatient units (1 ICU and 2 tele floors). I'm not sure what kind of project would be good to fit this hospital.

Hey guys! I was interested in looking to advance from a grade 2 to a grade 3. Can anyone provide any insight or project ideas on how to achieve this. Unfortunately the VA hospital I work at makes it extremely difficult to advance in your career. I am masters prepared with my nurse practitioner and don't plan on leaving due to the benefits I need for my family. Thank you!!

Thanks for responding. So all we did was predictor exam, I did the questions offered to the systems we covered but don't have access to any lectures. I scored about a 59% on pre predictor without studying. So scared right now LOL

Hi everyone, I have a midterm today on APEA. Has anyone taken something similar. I did all the questions apea has to offer about each subject, but I still feel worried I won't do well because the questions that APEA has are so particular. We've covered cards, pulm, HEENT, Health Promotion, GI and GU Anyone gone through this? What should I expect?

I took my casper almost a month and half ago and still nothing. I've emailed them on any updates but nothing of as yet. I hope it comes soon! The suspense is killing me

Hello everyone! I am a new student who will be entering the FNP Program this fall! I am so excited to get back into school. I will be working full time which I am worried about. But I was wondering how you guys got through patho. Are there any books, videos or resources that you used to ace this class? How should I study? Any answers are appreciated. Thank-you so much!
