  1. @ICUandbeyond hi, you cannot do your clinicals in NYS. You can do any other state like NJ or CT but need to have your license in that state as well.
  2. Hi Lauren! Yes!! I finished the program this past December. Commencement was yesterday actually. I enrolled at Quinnipiac for my Doctorates, I know you're debating between SHU and Quinnipiac. I honestly like SHU better than Quinnipiac. I would recommend SHU's program.
  3. Hello, I am currently on my 4th semester out of 7. at SHU ( FNP-online). The program is well structured, most professors are very nice. The advisors are helpful. The program is doable, however there is a lot of studying involved and minimal breaks. I currently work full-time as well you have to find your own clinical placement for this program. They accept NYS students, however NYS students are not allowed to complete their clinical hours in NYS (NYS policy). if you have any specific question let me know!
  4. Hi, are you able to precept FNP students. I am currently looking for a preceptor in NJ .
  5. Hi, I am currently looking for preceptor for my FNP rotations, did you find anyone? Thanks!
  6. Hopefully everything goes well. Did you get your results?
  7. Hi ?? the trick really works. After I finished my test on 06/29/2020 I went home and did the trick after getting the email and got the “good pop-up” and today 07/01/2020 (48 hrs later) I got my quick results and I passed, Thank God!!
  8. Update: the PVT really works! I passed the NCLEX!! Good luck to everyone who’s taking it or is waiting for the results! The resulta were available exactly 48hrs after I finished the exam. if you have any questions, feel free to reach out
  9. Congratulations!! Tomorrow I’m supposed to get the quick results, Let’s see how it goes. I’ve been so nervous. My initial date was in September because that was the only option when I first checked, then a few days later there were a few days open for July and I changed it to July 21st. Last week, I was like, you know what? I can’t wait a whole month to take this test, all I thought about was the NCLEX, I was so stressed out and breaking out like crazy. I studied for about 3 weeks 6+ hours a day. I just can’t wait for tomorrow and officially know ? do you get an email saying your results are ready?
  10. OMG!! Congratulations RN!! So happy for you! In which start do you live?
  11. Yay! Fingers crossed ??. Keep me posted and good luck ? All the post that I’ve seen say the goor pop-up is 99.9% accurate, But I'm here thinking I could be that 0.1% LOL
  12. Hi! So I got home from taking the test. I did around 85-95 questions. I got so nervous after the questions kept going that I stopped looking at the numbers. I did the PVT after I got the email and I got the good “pop-up”. I really hope I passed it!
  13. Hello! congratulations and thanks a lot!! Do you if you passed already? I hope you did ? thanks a lot, made me feel better
  14. Hello Nurses! I graduated from nursing school May 2020 and take my NCLEX tomorrow 6/29/2020. I’m really nervous and can’t sleep. Any tips for the big day? I used UWorld and Mark Klimek lectures to study. I have low chances of passing the NCLEX according to UWorld ?
