Hi. Has anyone decided on where they are going to live yet?

Congratulations! I was offered a position in the acute adult track. The only thing is that I don't get to choose my unit. One will be assigned later if I sign the contract. I'm making my decision tomorrow. Has anyone else received an offer for a track, but not a unit?

Has anyone else heard back from the waitlist after the initial few?

Hi everyone. I applied for the Fall cohort and had an interview with the Burn Unit. I got waitlisted. Did anyone in this cohort get waitlisted and then hired? How was your experience and how long did it take to hear about waitlist outcomes? Also what was your original unit and where were you placed finally?

She is very quick to reply. It should be within one business day from my experience. If anyone hears any updates, please share with the rest of us. Any information helps so much!

Hi Guys, So I reached out on the waitlist issue. Tracey Fargo with the residency program answered. The waitlist is not track or unit specific. Those on waitlist will be contacted as new positions open or other people back out if VUMC thinks they may fit the open position. I do not know if you will have to interview again for these positions. She also did not comment on the timeline. So I assume they can contact you anytime from now until September as the email states.

Hi has anyone heard more about the waitlist issue? Timelines or any other information would be great. This issue was also raised by @kirstynhaley in chat before so it sounds like this has happened to multiple people.
