So it looks like this is the week for offers in OR. Tomorrow is the last day for OR interviews. I'm keeping my fingers crossed and positive vibes. Please share if AND when you get a response from OR. I will do the same. Good Luck everybody!

OMG! CONGRATS! I've been waitlisted for an OR (BUMC) interview. There's about 20 ppl ahead of me waiting for a interview. What were the questions like? How long is training? I have so many questions! ? ? CONGRATS again!

@nursewih I think you would have one "screening." If you pass the screening, you will have the opportunity to interview for multiple specialties. This was my understanding when they explained it during the info session, but I could be wrong.

@Jenn Washin Sometime after I complete SICU residency, I will have the option to cross-train in CVICU for sure and the other ICUs but SICU would still be my main unit/ specialty. I assume you will have this option as well.
