  1. I am thinking about applying. How long after submitting your application did you hear back?
  2. I was told to look out for the early decisions around early June
  3. Did you stay with this school or decided to go somewhere else?
  4. Hi! I am planning to apply for fall 2025 and I wanted to know if you all stayed within the word limit for the career goals statement? Any tips on writing it?

  6. I finally got my ATT on 1/27/21 and I took my NCLEX on 1/29/21. I am officially an RN! I know some classmates who still have not received their ATT. I’m not sure what order they send ATTs but it seems unorganized...

    Hi. Did you pass?
  8. Congratulations! When using the Mark K videos did you take notes or use the worksheets? Or just simply listened to the audios?
  9. I was completed on the 19th and all my grades are in. My school registered together on the 9th and it still says on the BON that they don’t have my background screening and school list. But another classmate was cleared the week before Christmas. I’m frustrated.
  10. I’m glad that worked for you. I appreciate you updating us on your journey, especially since I go to the same campus. You’ve been a motivator for me. Thank you! Good luck, RN!!
  11. You took yours quickly so that’s reassuring to see! Do you mind sharing what you used to study?
  12. I think that the RN Mastery app was great for me when I took my NCLEX-PN the second time in 2017 (passed with the minimum questions). When I used it it provided self assessments and I think it’s great for convenience/on the go. I am beginning to use it to prepare for my NCLEX-RN as a supplement to another NCLEX prep as well. Good luck?

I appreciate your reply! Your advice has definitely placed my mind at ease and I can figure out my plan. I’m excited to secure a job. Thank you!
  14. I have enjoyed reading your updates on the program, you sound very happy and it’s great to see! I too go to Rasmussen Fort Myers campus but I’m in the ADN program. I graduate this December so I’m excited! I plan to move to a different city here in Florida. It sounded like applying for new grad residencies was a smooth process for you. Do you have any advice on what I should do when it comes to applying? How soon did you start? I know it may be different only having my ADN but I also have LPN experience.
  15. I know this is a old post so I hope you or someone else sees, but does Baycare hire ADN new grads? Or is it mostly BSN. I am planning to apply, I graduate December 2020.
  16. Congratulations! How did you obtain your BSN so quickly after ADN? Also, are you doing a residency? If not, then I assume if you do not have any patient care experience they would be willing to train you longer if you need the extra orientation.
  17. When I first took my NCLEX-PN in 2017 I got the max amount of questions and failed. I studied so hard and wasn’t able to retake until 4 months after my first attempt! I thankfully passed in 85 questions the second attempt. I was not able to afford U-World so I just used my ATI and online study questions. I was able to find my name on the BON the next day after taking my exam. I am not sure if that works in all states? Currently continuing for my RN. I hope everything works out for you!!
  18. Hello! I am a current ADN RN student who is graduating in December 2020. I am planning to move to a different city in my state (Tampa, FL). I am planning to apply for residency programs, but it seems as though some require BSN new grads. I plan to apply still, but if I do not get lucky, should I just consider a regular staff position or look into a non-hospital job to start? I think the residency would build my confidence as an RN. I have been an LPN for two years in LTC.
  19. Congratulations! I am curious to know if having your ADN/ASN was difficult in finding a job?
