Hey just coming here to say that I was #35 and I got admitted into the program on Wednesday! Hopefully more people on the waitlist can get offered a spot by mid-Sept ?

Hi did anyone who is #32-34 got accepted from the waitlist yet?? I had lost all hope until someone who was #31 got accepted recently LOL.

Thank you so much for calling and asking! At least there's still some hope since they're not done sending offers yet.

I think at 4 pm but I'm not sure. The UBC nursing website says what hours of operation they have but when I called an hour before they opened, they still picked up the phone. I just realized that they're open from Monday to Thursday but you can still try and call them today if you want.

Me neither ? If anyone wants to call nursing and ask if they're still offering spots to waitlisters because of the declined offers from June 22, that would be amazing! I've already called them a few times over the past couple weeks or so so I don't want to annoy them any further ? This is the phone number: (604) 822-9754

I called this morning and the lady said that they're still working on sending acceptance emails to waitlisters and that they'll be doing that until around the end of the week. Hopefully they get around to us! She also said that offers will still continue afterwards as long as people including waitlisters decline their offer.

Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone from the waitlist got accepted into the program- possibly anyone that's #7 or higher, since I read that someone else who was #6 got in. Thank you in advance ?

I'm #35 on the waitlist and they sent me an email because I asked them about this! But they didn't tell me any updates about my own position.

I got an email today from UBC nursing and they told me that there isn't much movement in the waitlist at the moment. They also said that they can't gauge how many people will be accepted from the waitlist this year due to COVID-19 ? I'm waiting too so I'm worried as well ?

My bad, I think that's just the deadline to hand in the official transcript!

Thank you for your helpful answer! One of my friends that got accepted said that the final day to accept is July 15, unless it's a different day for each person depending on their last name or something?

They usually take a really long time to respond, like last time it took around a month for them to get back to me via email. And the phone doesn't work either
