It's definitely a good sign but not a guaranteed job offer! As in you're a top candidate, but if they don't like what your references say or if they sent them out to more people than they intend to hire, then they usually compare the results and make final decisions based on that. So choose your references carefully.

I had my interview Friday and got my reference check email Monday around 11PM

I just got a reference request so looks like they send out emails at night! I interviewed on Friday

It went well! I was the only candidate that interview but there were 5 staff nurses interviewing me in the first interview and then 4 managers in the second interview.

I had my interview with the pediatric med-surg and transitional care unit today. I was informed my the managers that today was the last day they were interviewing for those units. Good luck to everyone!

Has anyone heard about candidates from units other than NICU that has received a job offer yet for this cycle? (like people not on this forum) If so, when?

Is Adult Surgical the operating room or med surg? I remember the adult general surgery unit was at the kickoff event but I didn't see OR as one of the options

I just got an invite about 10 minutes ago! I think they are interviewing every qualified applicant for the first round.

My friend just got an interview for surgical AAU today so it looks like they're still sending out interview invites!

According to an info session they did for my school in March of this year, they hire "4-5 cohorts a year with an average of 150 new grads per year". Their Spring 2022 March cohort was their largest with over 62 hires.

I think last Spring semester, 23 alternates got in but keep in mind that was from accepting 80 students into the class.

Hey guys, does anyone have any information on the attrition/retention rate of the 11-month ABSN program for Pace? I just started looking into the reviews of the program and found some pretty mixed reviews.. anyone know past students with thoughts of it? I'd be very grateful to hear their input.
