for those that haven't received confirmation to go to next round or a letter or rejection, what do we think is going on? should we just lose hope....

Hello Violetta. I was wondering what does it mean to be accepted as an alternate. Did this mean you were in the waitlist in a sense? If it did that's awesome that you were given the chance to start in fall rather than reapplying. Just wondering since I applied for this fall as well :) CONGRATS!
