I'm confused regarding the "cover letter attachment." Isn't that the same thing as our personal statement?

I did, and I'm interviewing with them as well. Under their FAQs, it says you'll need your license prior to the start date, and not at the time of application. I feel like they have to honor that.

Has anyone been able to *successfully* schedule their interview? I've replied to the email once already with my availability, yet I've received no response. Moreover, I just received the interview invite again, so IDK what's going on ?

You haven't heard back from any of them? I heard back from Tarzana (took about a week), still nothing from St. Joseph ( too late maybe) and SM was instant.
