  1. I just got acceptance email today.
  2. I got interviewed last week, & haven't heard anything either. I only applied to two programs, & one already accepted me. GSU is cheaper, yet I have to make a decision about the other school quickly. I had two coworkers; the one that is currently going to Southern enjoys the program, & the one that graduated from GA college said her experience was difficult plus looked extremely stressed every time I saw her. Those observations are extremely subjective because they both have vastly different personalities on how they handle their workloads.
  3. I also think they extended the deadline to July (maybe a lot of people didn't apply). If the program is expected to start August/September, I wonder how soon potential students would be notified if they got accepted. I sent my application late December.
  4. Hey, I haven't seen any forums of people who applied/are applying to any Fall 2024 PMHNP programs in Georgia. I see Georgia State's deadline is February 1st (BSN-MSN) meanwhile Augusta's (BSN-DNP) deadline is in April. Has anyone heard of anything about these programs from like other students?
  5. I’m taking my HESI RN Exit with Evolve to end my program. I was wondering what you felt like was mostly on it in regards to content: mostly cardiovascular, respiratory, etc. Did you find the Evolve EAQs helpful? I also have “yourbestgrade”, & I’m listening to Mark Kilmek; what do you think helped you get a 900+ score? Thanks in advance!!
  6. Again, if someone knows anyone who has went and graduated from the ABSN (not Traditional BSN), can you inform on their experience: staff, lecture, etc. Thanks!
  7. I was told around $45k, when I first called around May 2020, but I then asked the breakdown of everything, and that was the price they emailed me (shown in the brochure).
  8. Estimated cost is $52,482 Does anyone know how many days per week students would go to class, and if the class will be in-person vs online for this semester?
  9. They were doing that to me too! I was getting annoyed because I wasn’t sure if they’re just eager or trying to fit a quota like you said...like if I have concerns, I would call/email; the contacting me every week was a bit excessive. And, I’m finding little to no students’ experiences about the ABSN program, which is making me worried. An admission rep can sale a program to anyone, but program alumni say the truth.
  10. So do we have until the end of June to hear something back?
  11. No one has responded to me yet sorry.
  12. Does someone mind updating me on how the ABSN program is now? I'm applying for Fall 2020. Thanks!
  13. Has anyone submitted their application March 1st or the first week of March and heard back? I know everything that’s going on is causing some delay, but a part of me wants to call the Admissions Office.
  14. I’ve been wondering the same thing because I’ve been on it since January.
  15. Still nothing for me, but I’m hoping that changes soon. I wish every luck too!!
  16. First off, congratulations!! Second, how do you see your admission’s status? I see where they’ve received my transcripts and all, but how do I see if my application’s decision is pending?
  17. Question, how do I actually see the status of my admission? I see that they received my transcripts, but where exactly could I see if there’s a potential acceptance or denial? Congratulations by the way!!
  18. Do you think if we sent in our application by the March 1st deadline that we would receive a decision by April 1st?
  19. So do you guys think if we applied by the priority deadline (March 1st), we’ll hear by April 1st? Or do you think we’ll have to wait until June?
  20. *Fingers crossed*!!
  21. Hey guys! Congrats to everyone who has been accepted already. I got waitlisted back on January 17th. I don’t graduate undergrad until May 2020, so my final grades haven’t been received by Emory’s SON, yet I was wondering what else could I do to better my chances of being accepted. I already emailed them asking if I could send some recommendations, so those are pending. Thank y’all.
