I plan on applying to the SF State Extension ABSN program since it is in San Mateo as well, 15 months and half the cost of SMU. Just to have some options if I don't get in this time.

One of the admissions counselor emailed me today that decisions should be going out within a week or two and thanked me for my patience. Thought that was nice of her to say shows she understands what we are going through.

They should be used to getting tons of emails every cohort regarding admission decisions, is not new to them. So if emailing them helps some people they should go right ahead.

Last info session I attended they said they had around 300 apps for 48 spots. They usually get around 150 apps per cohort. I keep hearing we’ll hear from admissions around mid October for the January cohort. So hopefully this week or the next! ???

The 5/1 and 7/1 deadlines are both starting on January '21. The ones prior to that were delayed but are not starting with the January '21 cohort.
