Hi all! I previously applied to the Spring 2021 cohort for San Mateo but got waitlisted. I just heard from an admissions counselor today and was offered admission for June start through my waitlist position from Spring 2021 app. If you were waitlisted for the previous cohort keep an eye out! To those that got admitted do any of mind sharing the amount of points you received on your evaluation? Also congratulations!

It's really hard to tell what admissions look for. It seems like a lot of qualified people didn't make the cut. I'm assuming they were bombarded with so many applications, causing some well deserving apps to be overlooked. But at the end of the day it is really out of our hands! Did you have any classes in progress? If your grades are good enough I would suggest looking over your personal statement and carefully choosing your letters of rec. That's what I'll be doing for next application. Good luck!

Hi all. I received an email today at 3:33 pm stating that I'm waitlisted 18 out of 30, which seems pretty far down the list so I doubt a spot would open up for me. Also for those wondering my portal still says under review.

I’m just going to be optimistic and assume they are taking longer with admissions since they merged together two separate cohort applications. Goodluck everyone, I hope we all get in!

From what I heard from the webinar if you submitted an application for San Mateo 5/1 deadline it got automatically pushed back for the Spring 2021 cohort. So I think you basically submitted 2 applications for Spring 2021 start.

Hello everyone! I applied to the San Mateo campus. I noticed some people got a preliminary review email but I haven't received that email yet, which is worrying me now... But I did get the initial email that they received my application.

Hi everyone! I will also be applying and hoping to get into the Henderson campus. My pre-req GPA is 3.8. Last 60 units is 3.8. Cumulative undergrad GPA is 3.4! Would love some insight on what living in Henderson is like, not too excited about the weather.. I’m also from California and spoiled with beautiful weather

I know it is easier said than done but don’t give up! Maybe try applying to different schools? I also applied to the SD campus but haven’t heard from them yet. At this point I’m expecting a rejection and will be applying to ABSN programs as well. How did they contact you to let you know?
