Hello, Can you guys share your IHCPs? I’ve been trying to develop some for my students and I’m a bit stuck. My families aren’t great with providing information so it’s hard to get in depth assessments. Just trying to see what other nurses are doing to develop plans with limited info? Specifically looking for asthma, allergies, seizures, and migraines. Thanks!

Hello, I'm trying to collect information for my union and prove why I should be paid for ALL my years of nursing experience, not just the years I was in a school. Are there any school nurses who have been placed on the salary schedule with ALL their years of nursing experience? If so, can you share where you're located and the school you are at?
