Congrats! I'm also out of state and will be interviewing via zoom. I wish I could attend in person, but my schedule is too busy, I was barely able to find a day to do zoom. Will you let me know your thoughts about the school and everything you pick up on while visiting?

I got an interview invite today. I'm from out of state so will be interviewing over zoom.

MICU/CVICU 2+ years, currently work in interventional radiology and just started a PRN position at a small rural ICU. Preceptor, minimal charge experience, no committees. Trained on IABP and CRRT. Overall GPA 3.8, science 3.6, nursing 3.9. Extra courses in o-Chem and biochem with good grades. Decent volunteer work, and 16 hours of direct shadowing.

I just got an email for an interview invite.

Just submitted my application. Good luck everyone! @landrays94 if you haven't done Kira yet, you will receive a series of questions, and then will record yourself answering them. They are mostly about past experience. There is also a short essay question.

I haven't applied yet, but should have my application complete within the next week. This seems like a great program from what I can tell.

@PropofolPlz I'd also be interested in flash cards. I just finished my application to ODU, and still have a couple more to finish up.

Same, nothing yet. My application wasn’t completed until mid September, so I’m assuming they’re going through applications in order they received them. Hopefully we all hear back tomorrow- good luck to all!

Good luck to all. My final letter of recommendation came in tonight, so my application is completed! Looking forward to next month when we hear about interviews.

CONGRATS on getting the position! I am worried that my resume isn't up to par. Do you have any suggestions to improve it.. and would you maybe be willing to take a look at it for me? I've been applying to so many jobs, but getting hardly any responses from employers.

@Grace0419 What hospital did you apply to, and how long after applying did you get a call? I just applied tonight for West and East. I also am an out of state applicant, but don't graduate till the end of April. Really hoping I can get in on an ICU!
