Hi all just wondering if those who got in if they can share some insight on how the program ran and if going private is worth it .. I know nursing school is tough but how are the teachers there and do you recommend this school .. I’m currently looking into it , any info would help .. thanks

Thanks for the info dub . That’s actually my next move to get on that waitlist .. just curious since they don’t read emails did you just walk into apply or get on the wait list , their voicemail says to email but I might not ever hear back from them lol

No we haven’t heard anything back , I called and they said letters are still going out whatever that means lol .. I did ask if those accepted already had the orientation and the assistant said yes so I’m guessing that might not be a good sign for those of us waiting ?.

Hi I remember you from the Compton thread did you get a rejection letter Compton or you just haven’t received anything from them. I’m still waiting for a response as well .. but like you will apply to la trade tech as back up .

Hi everyone I’m new to this forum I’m just wondering if the ones that got accepted could share what kind of multi criteria points you guys had with the teas Included .. unfortunately I got a rejection letter .. I’m just trying to figure out where I can improve points since they only take first passing teas score .. will apply again next semester and hope for a better outcome Congrats to all who got in ??

Harbor letters are out , another rejection letter for me hopefully that opens up more spots at Compton .. ??

Yes let’s stay positive.. harbor I think will send out acceptance this week too maybe .. and it might open up spots .. in Waiting in harbor to hopefully I have a change with the 50 percent lottery they do ????Not really sure how it works but. Praying something comes through Omg my spell check lol

No I haven’t received anything from Compton either .. I’m hoping it’ll b better news then el Camino since I’m sure a lot of people declined Compton .. I did get a rejection letter from el Camino though ?..

Well It seems like there’s quite a few of us in the same boat I have a 3.3 overall GPA 2.7 in science .. I have the AA but no medical experience my teas wasn’t greAt so now just hoping for a miracle .. congrats again to all that got in and for the rest of us let’s not give up hope just yet ..

I’m hoping for a more positive result from Compton since most will accept el Camino Over Compton .. I don’t think we’ll hear back from Compton on denials till after you guys accept and orientation happens .. it’s a long dreadful wait .. let us know what your friend says when she calls
