Thank you for replying back! We got emails this year ? Have you ever heard of students having issues officially being accepted by UNC office of admissions after they have been recommended by the nursing school? I am still waiting for my status to update online!

When you click accept on the reply form (link in letter) it will make you select one of two dates to sign up for preorientation.

Thanks guys! It doesn’t feel real. I wasn’t expecting an email. Good luck to everyone on the wait list ❤️ You need to update your decision online by 12/20 and there are two pre-orientation dates early February and real orientation on May 12th, one day before class starts ?

I just got my acceptance letter via email!!!

I am trying not to think about it too much. Work is keeping me busy as well ? My family and friends keep asking me though and that’s what’s driving me crazy lol I hope they get mailed out tomorrow and we will get the results by the end of the week!!

Did you guys receive any communication from NursingCas or UNC since submitting the supplemental application?

I know! We have less than a month!

I know it’s only been a little over a week since our applications were due but the wait is killing me! I felt sort of confident when I submitted my app but with each passing day I feel less and less competitive. Is anyone else less than thrilled with the NursingCAS GPA calculations? My education history is a little complicated and my cumulative natural sciences GPA is so much lower than I expected. My pre-req “science” GPA is high but I don’t even see a calculation for that anywhere on the report. Which science GPA are they weighing more?
