I'm endorsing from CA too. BRN received my app 11/25 and I still haven't gotten approved because because they're so slow. Currently they are processing apps received from 11/1-15. Endorsement typically takes 10-12 weeks according to the website

You can re-record as many times as you like or up to 3 times. Something along those lines so don't worry about messing up the first recording. From what I remember, you get unlimited time to prep your answer. However most answers have to be under 3 m...

I believe they did. I don't remember exactly, but I have seen that questions be asked in multiple video interviews I've done, so be prepared for that question for sure.

Haven't worked for Swedish yet, but the staff are super nice and friendly. Currently Swedish is working it out with Providence about the new union contract, not sure if you are aware -- such as pay/compensation, nurse:patient ratio, etc.

My app was last updated on Thursday Oct 3. I believe the assistant patient manager for the unit said I'd hear back on Friday last week, but nothing yet. She also mentioned something about doing interviews last minute last week and things were suppose...
