  1. Hello Steve, I didn't pass my first time either and I know how you feel. The good news is you can do it again! That test is behind you so yes stay positive. That is a great mindset. Keep practicing those questions and remember to read and understand the rationales. I am rooting for you! Have you tried listening to Mark Klimek? That might be helpful but be sure to print out his blue/yellow books so you can follow the lectures better. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
  2. Remember to read the questions carefully. You got this!
  3. Hello, I passed in 130 and your scores are better than mine. I got 57-62-62-52 on the 4 assessments respectively. Good luck to you!
  4. Hey there! Yes the first time I tried it, it showed card declined whilst changing the expiration date and cvv—That was within an hour of finishing my exam. I redid it around 26 hours later and it changed to the “good pop up”. I still used the incorrect expiration date and cvv. Try again tomorrow beyond 24 hours to see if it changes... and pray, I know I did. I wish you the best of luck!
  5. Hello there! I thought the exam was fairly easy. It can be tricky and vague but if you have a pretty solid understanding of the rationales on UWorld, then you will do great. They will word it differently and use some words that will throw you off so read carefully. Practice a lot of questions so you get comfortable with it. Don't worry about the percentile ranks and be patient with the rationales. You will succeed when doing so. Believe in yourself. I wish you the best of luck!
  6. 58th...what??! No, you got this. Read the choices carefully because they can be tricky. Good luck and Rooting for you!
  7. I am writing my story to perhaps give hope to those who are anxious and are scoring low on assessment tests. Let me begin by saying that I sat for the NCLEX-RN exam July 10th in Vegas and passed in 130 questions. So my story begins from years back. I have graduated 10 years ago but life got in the way and never had time to study the way I should have. I have failed before and thought to myself that I will never make it. Fast forward to 3 months ago, I was put on leave due to COVID. I immediately jumped and set my mind into NCLEX. I purchased Hurst and UWorld. Hurst for the content and UWorld for the questions. I studied for a month and experienced a lot of lows. I finished the entire UWorld question bank and I was in the 19th percentile. Yes, 19th-- you read that correctly. Anyway, I read all the rationales and made certain that I understood everything. After all that, my assessment showed Low Chance of Passing. So I moved on to the Hurst assessments. There were 4 of them to which I scored low as well. I still almost always read into the questions. Ultimately, my scores were 57/125, 62/125, 62/125 and lastly 52/125. The last assessment I did the night before I was to sit for my test. So imagine the horror! I am finding that I get really anxious when I sit there to "pretend" that I'm sitting for the NCLEX. I went to the test feeling very uncertain but I know that I really studied and I was determined to pass. Prayers really helped as well. I overcame my fears and here I am giving back to those who are feeling down in the dumps. Just know that there is no feat too big. You can be who you want to be if you put your heart into it. Take that big leap and just go for it! You absolutely got this ;D
  8. Thank you, dear! I appreciate you. ?
  9. Hey, I passed! ? Super happy! Thank you again for everything.
  10. Awww thank you, you as well! ?
  11. Awww thank you so much! ? Ha! That’s why you know exactly what Im doing wrong huh? ? My stress levels went down a whole lot of bit! I will report back once it’s official. Have a great day!
  12. OMG, you’re so right! I went ahead and hit submit order. My heart was beating so fast this morning that I actually forgot what I did last night. I did the process again and Im happy to say that I got the “good pop up”. Thank you so much for talking some sense into me! Keeping my fingers crossed until I get the official notification ((:
  13. It is not saying incorrect card info whatsoever even if I changed both the expiration date and cvv. it took me to that page in that first photo. Im baffled.
  14. Hello everyone, So I finally sat for my exam on Friday at 4PM. Testing all 130 questions and had 2 minutes left when I finished. And so my story begins... I received an email from Pearson saying the usual “now that you’ve taken the test...” I tried to do the PVT trick using an accurate card number but incorrect expiration/cvc entries. My card got declined. I decided to leave it alone and read blogs and posts about the PVT. Fast forward to last night, 26 hours after my test ended, I did the trick again. I got so excited to see the good pop up! It gave me some relief. Now today, I woke up early and anxious. I told myself to do the PVT trick again and so I succumbed to it. Now, the screen totally changed. I no longer see the “our records indicate...” pop up but actually allowing me to reregister even with incorrect credit card information. At this point, my anxiety is through the roof. I don’t know what to make of this. I will just wait and see when I pay for my quick results tonight. Anyway, I have read a lot of entries in blogs and forums about the “good pop up” but haven’t really ran across something like mine. Hopefully I still passed and this is just a glitch. I took screenshots. See below. Sending out good vibes to everyone. Happy Sunday!
  15. Congratulations! Did you finish the entire UWorld question bank? What were your scores like and on the assessments as well? Thank you and hoping to follow your lead!
