  1. I have worked NICU my whole career, but haven't worked for a while for a couple of reasons. I am beginning to wonder if I have made a mistake by reinstating my license. I'm wondering if maybe I should start a new profession.
  2. I am in the KARE PROGRAM and I have felonies. I don't think that being in the program has helped me at all for getting a job. I have found that there is not a lot of employers in my area that don't even know about it, adding to the stress of someone not hiring me due to my felonies. Yes, there probably will be charges regardless. Good luck!
  3. I'm reading a lot of negative reviews about it.
  4. I am considering a different profession myself. My felonies are killing me. I almost feel like I am being discriminated against. Once employers see that I do have felonies, immediate denial. I have over 3 years of sobriety and have come along way, but they do not consider that.
  5. I am in the KARE PROGRAM and I am starting to have frustrations about a few things. There is not a mass number of employers that are even aware of this program, leaving cons to getting a job. I also have felonies and can not get a job.
  6. I do not have disciplinary action, but I do have felonies and I can not get a job.
  7. It's ridiculous how costly it is. I am in the KARE PROGRAM and I am frustrated.
