  1. I was so sick, I was not even embarrassed until I got home! I actually called back to work and asked if someone would please reach out to her to reschedule. She was wondering if I was ok, per my boss. Like I said, she is a great CNA (who is now going to nursing school, yay!) I look for this story from her perspective every time I read about bad interviews. ?
  2. This is an awful interview that I conducted. I was interviewing an individual for a CNA position, and I suddenly felt very sick to my stomach. My office was long and narrow, and the candidate was between me and the door. I think I blurted out, "Excuse me," before I grabbed the trashcan and upchucked. To the candidate's credit, she kept her composure and actually handed me a tissue. When I returned from being off for a couple of days, I hired her. She is a great CNA!
