Does anyone wants to study NCLEX-RN online or group study?
I took my NCLEX-RN today 07/11/20 at 8:30am. Computer stopped at 60 questions and I took time to answer each questions carefully, I guess I took 2 hours of the exam. I was praying I should get questions above 60 questions. I don’t know what to think, my mind is blank and feels very stressed, I can feel like pulse pounding. I feel like I failed. I have preparing for this exam for a long time. I wanted to check the PVT but lot of my friends told me it’s not accurate and asked me to wait. Previous exams seems easier and today’s exam seems harder. There were questions regarding Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Hematology, 2 cardiology questions, couple of renal questions, couple OBG questions, 8 SATA, RN-CNA delegation questions, Mostly Priority questions, 1 EKG. I have heard the more SATA, the more chance of passing but I only got 8 SATA and feels so scared.
I wish I would have counted how many SATA's I got, but it couldn't have been more than 20... My questions were more focused on certain areas, I didn't get a wide range of content so I don't know if that's a good thing or not. I will let you know.... Hold your head up, hopefully next time it's good news! 🙂
Any advices? I’m takin NCLEX tomorrow July 11, 2020. I studied and practiced question on UWorld, did Hurst, mark klimek, Rachel allen, my UWorld review notes. I feel like I forgot everything and I keep reading everything and keep on looking at the clock. Very anxious, scared and bitting my nails off when I study and so much stressed about tomorrow. First time I’m going to take NCLEX since NCLEX questions changed from minimum 60 and max 130. Don’t know what it feels like but I’m eating like a pig, I feel like I need to study and review review a lot even though exam is tomorrow morning. I was going to do PVT after exam, but now not sure
Congratulations on finishing Nursing school!! I was in your shoes before. First thing, take a deep breath and try to relax. You do not want to go into this exam stressed out or with anxiety. If you feel like you need to review something, do the UWorld assessment. Do it as if you were on the actual testing center. Put on a mask and sit down without interruptions. Do not worry if at the end you get a fail or borderline passing...I also did a lot of studying and the day before the exam I did the assessment to find out that I was borderline passing! And I still passed the first time! Most important, pray. God can give you that peace that surpasses all understanding, in doing do, you'll have clear thinking to choose the right answers.
