Becoming an SNA (surgical nursing assistant)
So I've been a CNA for a year now and I really don't think this is for me. I think I am close to being burnt out. I am looking for a way to get another job in the medical field while I finish school. am in school to become a surgical technologist. I have heard about SNA (surgical nursing assistant) but haven't had any luck finding openings. So if anyone knows how to go about becoming a SNA? Or where to look? Thank you

Getting out of CNA-ing
So I've been a CNA for a year now and I really don't think this is for me. I think I am close to being burnt out. I am looking for a way to get another job in the medical field while I finish school. I went to get my phlebotomy certificate but haven't had success with any of the jobs.I am in school to become a surgical technologist. I have heard about SNA (surgical nursing assistant) but haven't had any luck finding openings. So does anyone have any suggestions of entry level positions for the medical field I could try? Or if anyone knows how to go about becoming a SNA? Or where to look? Thank you

what should i do to get emergency experience?
so I am currently taking my pre-req's for nursing school and I am a cna at a hospital. I want to be a ER nurse when i graduate and being in the ER is my goal. i am trying to work my way down that way to become a ER tech but I don't have any emergency experience. i have only been a cna for three months and worked really hard to even get into the hospital. i don't feel ready to be in the ER yet but want to know what kind of stuff i can do to prepare myself for the next step? I considered taking a quarter off from school to get my EMT-B but my mom said that was a waste of time. so what should i do?
