    Hey, I am currently in Ohio for nursing school and I'll be graduating in May 2023. I am kind of stuck on what to do regarding the application process. I've been told to apply to OBN and take the NCLEX earlier, because NY takes a while to review applications. I am moving back to NY in the Summer and I was wondering if I should apply for NYS board of nursing or apply to OBN then transfer my license. Which would be better, if I plan to start residency in August?
