  1. Also, the practice exams aren't like the comprehensive. There was maybe 1 repeat question.
  2. Yes Ill send u my info. We can also start a groupie or something. Also has anyone gotten an email about class registration or orientation or anything like that?
  3. For me I love the online format. It allows me the freedom to plan my classwork around work and just life in general. As far as the information getting received, I feel like it would be self taught anyway. In undergrad , lectures would be SO useless to me. Like professors only have time to go over so much so it would be surface level information. I only REALLY learned when I studied the books and used professors as a resource if there was something I didn't understand. Usually id email for clarification. but its what works for you ! Another pro is UF finding your preceptors cause aint nobody got time for that! From talking to other NP student it sounds like an absolute nightmare.
  4. YESSSSSS!!! so happy for all of you ! See you soon !
  5. I think they only called pedi ahead of time. but even when they called me they didn't tell me that I got in the program. It was more geared towards how I feel about a primary-acute joint program compared to just acute pedi.
  6. I got an email about ten minutes ago.
  7. CHECK YOUR EMAILS I GOT IN! PEDI ACUTE
  8. @jabrier I honestly have no idea. It appears people that applied for pedi primary got the same call I received. I dont know if they're doing it for adults.
  9. @amanda_kling I'm SO confused. I applied pedi-acute and got a call about 2 weeks ago from the director of I believe the acute care pedi program and was asked the same thing. He kind of went over expectations about clinical sites and if I was interested in the dual which I sad yes, but I was never told I was accepted. It def felt that way though since we spoke for 30 minutes about the program. Ugh I want an email LOL I need it it writing. Let us know when you guys get written word. Hopefully soon because its driving me crazy !
  10. Has anyone heard for pediatric acute care or the new pediatric primary-acute they're beginning to incorporate!? Also CONGRATS you guys !!
  11. CHECK YOUR EMAILS! I was accepted today !!!!
  12. There are more people interviewing at Lubbock for a spot at Abeline? ugh im stressed all over. & Tell me about it ?, the anxiety is too real. and def post if yall hear anything. Also did you guys start of the fingerprinting and stuff for the background check?
  13. I feel the exact same but I'm trying to be optimistic! Im sure everyone that interviewed was nervous. The instructors were seriously so sweet, hopefully they were just looking to see who really wanted it. Do you guys know how many students got interviewed and how many they accept?
  14. Same, im beyond nervous waiting to hear back.
