  1. I’m in the peds program and haven’t heard about the dual option yet. Count me in for group chat too!
  2. Congratulations everyone!! Can’t wait to meet you all at orientation!
  3. Oh gosh sorry for stirring up the pot. I’m with everyone else though... Just want official word. The dual was for peds only though as far as I understood. It was more of a survey type question... like they aren’t sure if they are actually going to offer that just yet. They are trying to gauge interest.
  4. No emails or update on nursing CAS. I already got a call (Peds Primary) but I really still want something official. Feels weird without it. TAY., I was asked about whether I would be interested in a dual peds primary-acute care program but was told that we wouldn’t know anything until orientation.
  5. Yeah it sounds like only the peds program found out. Not sure why exactly but I think it has to do with a question they wanted to ask us about a potential different program offering. I want the actual notification to come soon!!
  6. Congratulations ?? I got a call yesterday too! Part-time Pediatric primary care DNP!! I wasn’t sure whether to post here or not. She mentioned something about issues with Nursing CAS.... ?‍♀️
  7. Not yet. Hopefully soon ??
  8. I wrote about the life experiences that lead me to nursing, why DNP specifically, my experience, and my overall goals. Basically just answered all the questions they wanted us to address. I did it in more of a story format. Those scores aren’t bad! I didn’t get much higher. I’m so looking forward to hearing back!! Good luck!
  9. Hey! I don’t think decisions will be delayed. On time or early if anything. The other schools I applied to have let me know early. To be honest, I accepted one but will back out if I get UF. They are my top choice by far. Wishing everyone the best of luck! I feel you all have pretty strong applications, scores aren’t everything. I think the essay and experiences will hold a lot of weight; at least I hope so ??
  10. Oh my gosh it would be so nice if they would send out letters early! Everything is so crazy right now, this would be great news to get. I don’t think that is accurate but I guess it could be for one of the specific programs like adult acute care, peds acute care, etc. Stay safe, Sirij!
  11. That's really good for being out of school for 10 years! I studied my butt off and didn't do much better. I'm not sure what they will do but it looks like they have admitted students in the past with scores below the required level. Good luck!!
  12. I thought I replied but I dont see my comment. I did get the email.... Not too much longer but it feels like forever. Great GPA!
  13. Awesome! I’m assuming April (Hopefully not May). It seems so far away ?
  14. Hey! That’s a good question, would love to know how many students are admitted. I was about average. 5 years peds experience, 3.4 gpa, gre 155/155/5.5.
  15. Hi everyone! Who else is applying for Fall 2020 DNP? I applied for part-time PNP program. I can't wait for decisions to come out!!
