I didn't get in. I applied to pmhnp, new BSN graduate..

I am pretty nervous.. so, according to previous postings, they will announce on 14th??.. damn~ we have only 2 days left !!, Fingers are crossed!!

If you received the phone call regarding clinical placement, then I am sure that means something!! I envy you!! I just graduated in last December BSN and I am taking NCLEX next week. Do you think I have to update my BSN diploma with NCLEX result to the Vanderbilt ?? I am super nervous these days since I saw some postings saying they take BSN,RN applicants first than new graduate.. ?

I am pretty nervous about admission process, since I applied only to Vanderbilt and I am new grad. I applied part-time. Do you guys know how many people applied to PMHNP program 2021 Fall ? ?

I went to different school for nursing, so it was different GPA from pre-requisite. I just recorded the GPA on each school's transcript .

Hello. I also applied to PMHNP program. I am currently enrolled in BSN program about to graduate in this Dec. This is my second degree, my first degree is in Business Administration like 10 years ago. I have alot of career experience but not in medical field. I am little concerned about this.. I asked two faculty at nursing school , and one of my boss from old job for reference letters. My old job has nothing to do with nursing. I am little worried.. My nursing GPA 3.88 I applied pmhnp, direct MSN, out of Nashville, and parttime. How about you guys??

I am taking Patho offline at EPCC. I'm not sure whether EPCC has online class available. But, patho class is not that difficult though. Alot of chapters are overlapped with Anatomy2.

Yes, I am taking patho at epcc right now. And this is the last course left to complete. I still can't believe that I got accepted to this program. : ) Honestly, I couldn't sleep well last night . I got up at 4 a.m and checked my acceptance letter email again, making sure , it was not dream lol haha~

I am taking pathophysiology

No interview mentioned in my e-mail. I just finished the payment of the $150 fee. : ) After FBI background check , pre-requisite course completion, and immunization ( I think I will need flu- shot in this summer) we are good to go~!!! Yay~~~~~

Thank you for joining us,JPENK10. I think your stats are very competitive. I don't have medical experience other than C.N.A.school. So I worry about that part. But, I do have other background with working in other area and other countries.. It's my first time applying to this school, and I am pretty nervous about it .And I didn't get anatomy in high score like you, so little worries... ;( Anyway we have 4 more days to go. !!! I hope we all get in and meet together at the school.

Thank you for the information, Skarlet1110. I was very nervous to open up the email as well on last Friday. It has been too long waiting for the admission result that I feel so drained and exhausted already. I wish I can get acceptance e-mail this coming week. I am not very confident about my stat but if I fail this time, I don't know how I should do to get better about my stat. You may say most people have our stats, but I tried my best for my GPA, HESI, CNA etc though. I really want to start studying in nursing school. Moreover, I don't want to cry next Friday night. 5 MORE DAYS TO GO !!!!

I have feeling that it is gonna be this Friday lol.

I got told that admission commitees will make final decision by end of this week. I'm not sure whether they will send out emails on this Friday. But we will see. Good luck to everyone.

Wow, now..I have to wait 3 more weeks.. do you know how many people applied and how many people they are accepting?

I just got an email from school that application is completed. I think they are reviewing my application.

I'm actually feeling down and little sad after I heard that there are more than 200+ applicants . I don't know how I am gonna tell my family if I dont get accepted to the school since I gave up alot of things for this challenge. Hope all of us can get a chance to get interviews, at least.Please~~~ I will pray for you ?

Well, If I knew they pushed the hesi deadline till 7 th, I could have taken Hesi one more time. I don't know what I am gonna do if I don't get accepted... I see all the hospital volunteer programs are for at least 6 months. Is there any hospital volunteer program for 3months in El Paso?
