Complete the pre-requisites at your local community college! It does not matter where you complete these, and community colleges have lower fees. They should have online classes available. I don't have any experience with Straighterline (had to Google it), so I can't offer any insights regarding that option. Best of luck to you!

Hi, everyone! I'm planning on applying to this program soon and I'm worried about having to quit my job. Is it possible to work while in this program? I'd be able to change my hours to 6:30am-2:30pm M-F so my late afternoons and evenings would be free. Is this feasible?!

Thank you so much! Very helpful. My credentials are pretty much the opposite of yours - less than stellar cumulative GPA (3.4), but I'm a doula and I'm working towards IBCLC certification. Hopefully that and my experience shadowing midwives will offset my GPA!
