Hello All! I applied to the Summer 2025 LEAP program and received invite to interview. Does anybody have insight in the program and interview process? Interviews are in two weeks. Any tips appreciated!

Hey I heard interviews went out Friday. 42 slots and half of them are full. I have not received an invite yet.

Hey no I haven't heard anything. I figured they was on break and probably are just back looking over apps. I looked back at the other timelines but they pushed application deadline up for us.

I know somebody that got in with the first cohort. She is currently at Case Western. She recommends the program.

How long did it take you to get your Casper results?

Hey I thought my Casper exam went well. I haven't gotten my score back yet though. How did it go for you. I have not heard anything about an interview yet. I am patiently waiting.

I took advanced pharmacology and the other two classes are Nurse practitioner classes that I took when I thought I wanted to do that. No I am applying to 5 other programs most look at your last 60 credits

Hey I also applied. I have a 2.9 GPA. I have 5.5 years of MICU experience. I have taken 3 graduate classes to try to help with that. I've heard the interviews are really hard and very clinical heavy.

It hasn't been that difficult. Quiz weekly and discussion lost every other week and one paper.

I am enrolled in U Mass. It is pricey.

Where did you see this information?

Hi! From what I have read on different forums. This program is just as competitive as CRNA school. I do believe you need at least 1 year of ICU experience. I have heard this program is beneficial and is worth the money. It is very demanding, but I believe you can work PRN while in the program.

Hello I will be applying. I spoke with somebody from the first cohort and she couldn't recommend this program enough. She said it was a great experience and she is doing well in her second year of CRNA school. I have completed everything for my application just waiting on my Graduate Pharmacology class to end in Dec.

I submitted my application last night as well. I did see on another site that people have already been offered interviews for Mid-May. I hope it doesn’t take long for them to offer more interviews.
