  1. TraumaRU What on line schools did you use? Would you recommend them? I'm a diploma RN and need to get my BSN asap......
  2. What do you mean by a compact state?
  3. Which hospitals would you recommend in the Ventura area.....NICU...mat/child? What is the salary range? I know Cali is sooooooooooooooo expensive...Can a nurse surviv on her own?
  4. Hi! I'm a 46 yo in process of getting divorced, currently in NJ.... a Diploma RN taking classes towards getting my BSN, specializing in NICU, maternal-child...I'm also a massage therapist and have lots of holistic knowledge........ Was wondering about job opportunities and salary, quality and cost of living in California, Arizona and Florida. The pros and cons etc ........
  5. Instead of hindsite saying someday "I shoulda" ...lGo now, while your young!.........I shoulda !! !
  6. Yes,TE is not far from me, but I'm up in the air as far as where I'll be next year...so I figured a Philosophy and History wouldn't hurt for now.Actually the history will be online, so I'll be giving that a try to see if it is for me. And you are right, can't beat the cost of a junior college. I'm also going to look into CLEPing A&P....what else would you recommend? I think TE requires a math....but no stats....is that correct? (I'm fighting my daughter for the internet)
  7. I have info on both schools, and have decided to take gen ed for now at a local junior college. Being a diploma grad is not a good thing when trying to get your bsn. Know what I mean?
  8. Which are the other 2? I've only heard of one person who dealt w/ST J and was not happy because of their delayed responses with work and follow through.
  9. I found it in the Hospital Newspaper-NJ Oct 2005.....says TESC 7/06 MSN-Nurse Educator Degree Program starts.....phone 888 442-8372
  10. starting in July I believe.....MSN in Nsg ED....I'm in NJ now...pos going to Fla or Cali....my life is totally changing this year, so I'm trying to make the right choices.........This web site is awesome:nurse: You all have been so enlightening!!!!!! And a blessing! Sooooo........because of all the info.......I've been looking at St Petersburg in Tampa......wondering if that may be a better alternative to TE.......what do you think?:roll
  11. Thanks....I think TE sounds like the best bet, now with MSN too....r u in NJ also? rates change out of state.....
  12. Hi! was wondering how the online bsn is going?!?!? I'm going crazy trying to decide where to go....the time, expense, computers....I've been a practicing RN for more than 25 years!!I'm a fossil wanting to go back...Help!if you can! JoyzRN
