They have been reposting some of their applications for the July fellowships. Is Northwell usually an internal hiring process?

that’s great!! I know I was surprised that the pay is so low, not sure if it changed now but HR mentioned that it jumps to about $10 more after your first 12 months, which is an upside. do you remember if your video interview with the nurse managers ...

oh wow okay, the recruiter mentioned that if placed in medsurg you float through the units which I thought was appealing, but mentioned that there's only a spot or two in women's health

agreed! I'm open to anything and that's cool about peds! I'd love to end up somewhere L+D or NICU but as a new grad I'm also open to general med/surg.

Wow I guess they are moving slowly in reviewing the apps then. Did you see anywhere about a start date for this? Because I think the posting I applied to just says 2021

Same! When did you apply? I'm wondering if they just haven't gotten to reviewing applications yet because mine just says received submission.
