They have been reposting some of their applications for the July fellowships. Is Northwell usually an internal hiring process?

that’s great!! I know I was surprised that the pay is so low, not sure if it changed now but HR mentioned that it jumps to about $10 more after your first 12 months, which is an upside. do you remember if your video interview with the nurse managers was difficult?

oh wow okay, the recruiter mentioned that if placed in medsurg you float through the units which I thought was appealing, but mentioned that there's only a spot or two in women's health

agreed! I'm open to anything and that's cool about peds! I'd love to end up somewhere L+D or NICU but as a new grad I'm also open to general med/surg.

I have an interview with St. Joseph's on Friday! Let me know if you apply and I'll let you know how it goes. Did you apply to Hackensack in the Winter? I know on their site it's an ongoing application but I reached out to HR there and since the April cohort is filled they said they are recruiting May/June for the August cohort
