Hi everyone, I'm a first time applicant and applied to UVic only. My application status changed to "recommended by department" yesterday evening.

Were you not asked to submit your chem 11 and math 12 grades?

You can only submit midterm grades for highschool courses.

I got accepted!!!!

I don't think April applicants will hear today.

No worries...It was just a friendly discussion. We're not certain about anything so let's keep our fingers crossed and hope for the best.

I think we need to stay away from this forum till after the weekend, otherwise it'll make us more anxious. I think, we've all been qualified enough to come this far and whether we get in or not we should be proud of ourselves for what we've been doing.

I wonder why they restrict applicants to apply to one semester then if requesting to get considered for the next semester is an option. I personally preferred to start in April when I applied, but I didn't mind starting in January either.
