Hey, Guys, I have not received anything in the mail. I checked my Application Status online and it says "Provisional Admit". What exactly does this mean..I dont know if I should be happy or scared. But congratulations to everyone who got in! Did anyone else got "Provisional Admit"?

I am not a nurse yet but I always have some disturbing scenarios and zero answers on how to handle them. How would you handle harassment from patients? I am really uncomfortable being alone left with a guy(especially old weird ones), so if you get harassed by them (touching or verbally or whatever) how do would you get out from that or is there any "security" for nurses?

Hello all! This thread is for those who are applying for Towson University Nursing program for Spring 2019! The deadline to submit the application is August 15. All other materials should be submitted by September 1. I have a low teas scores of 74%, but Science GPA is 4.00 and overall GPA is 3.72. I am not too hopeful for this program acceptance. what are your scores? Share your Teas scores, Science GPA, Overall GPA. Once get your answers from the college, let us know here! Goodluck to all!

I also applied for MC nursing, along with UMSON and Towson. My overall GPA is 3.72, Science GPA of 4.00 (which includes A&P 1, A&P 2, CHEM, MICRO). I have completed STATS as well and got an A on it too. But my teas was only 74%! and since I took it on the last day, I was too late to take it again. Fingers crossed! do you know how long it takes to get the associates? GOODLUCK TO EVERYONE!

Hello everyone, I am really worried about the TEAS score that I got recently. The schools that I am applying for accept 70 and above for Teas. I got a 74. My Science GPA is 4.00 on 4.00 scale (which includes A&P I, A&P II, CHEM, MICRO) and I have an overall GPA of 3.73. I am currently an active Volunteer at Georgetown Hospital as well. I have an impressive resume and I was really hopeful that I will get into the nursing schools that I am applying for until i just got my TEAS. I studied for it for so long but I didn't get what I hoped. Even though I know I can retake it, I would not be able to send the scores because I have to wait 30 days to retake it, and my schools deadlines are coming soon. Should I start applying for different schools/programs and not be hopeful? I'm so scared.
